LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The main room is a delightful and very comfortable open-plan sitting room, fitted kitchen and dining area. It's very cosy with the underfloor heating.
Living area
Furnished with a three seater sofa and a low chair, a bookshelf with various games and books and freeview colour TV with integral DVD player. The two window seats are made from our own felled pine while the windows themselves, like all the windows at Broughton Bank Cottage, are made by a local craftsman out of oak. A polished walnut wood floor with a rug completes the home-from-home ambience. Guests can regulate the heating themselves using the room thermostats.
Kitchen and dining area
A pleasant, open plan kitchen makes the daily round a pleasure as everything is to hand, be it for a quick snack, preparations for a picnic or a gourmet evening meal for newly made friends.
